<p>The present invention relates to a touch sensor integrated display device comprising a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines which cross each other and form a plurality of pixel regions; a plurality of first electrodes which is disposed in parallel in a first direction; a plurality of second electrodes which is formed on the same layer as the first electrodes and is disposed in parallel in the first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction; and a plurality of pixel electrodes which is formed on the pixel regions in the layer different from the first and second electrodes and faces the first and second electrodes.
