PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that enables expectations of early completion of printing processing in an image forming system for downloading and printing image data.SOLUTION: An MFP (Multi Function Peripheral) 200 selects image data as a printing object from image data stored in an image server 100, and performs printing setting of the selected image data. Downloading of the selected image data is started by making selection of the image data or a change of the printing setting an occasion. The MFP 200 prints the downloaded image data after receiving instructions on execution of printing.
