The acidity component(s) and/or the bitterness component(s) may be one or more kinds of components selected from the group consisting of vitamins and amino acids. Also provided is a method for increasing the deliciousness of a tea beverage by increasing the mass ratio of a tannin content to a caffeine content in a tea beverage.
