PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea beverage excellent in deliciousness and aftertaste even in an acidity component(s) and/or a bitterness component(s) is included.SOLUTION: Provided is a tea beverage in which the mass ratio of a tannin content to a caffeine content is above 3.5, and comprising an acidity component(s) and/or a bitterness component(s) as additives. The acidity component(s) and/or the bitterness component(s) may be one or more kinds of components selected from the group consisting of vitamins and amino acids. Also provided is a method for increasing the deliciousness of a tea beverage by increasing the mass ratio of a tannin content to a caffeine content in a tea beverage. |
