PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a high frequency heating device that drives a magnetron, in that a high voltage diode used in a high voltage rectification circuit is an expensive custom article and forming a plurality of chip elements into one package results in poor heat dissipation performance.SOLUTION: As a high voltage diode used in a high voltage rectification circuit 28, a plurality of inexpensive, general purpose, high speed diodes 29 are composed in series. Thereby, while high breakdown voltage is achieved, each high speed diode 29 has a package and a lead terminal. Accordingly, a merit in that heat dissipation performance also improves is yielded. |
