PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information management apparatus and an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus which, when a diagnostician visually recognize a report using a viewer device, allows the diagnostician to recognize that measured values having the same clinical significance are the same clinical significance.SOLUTION: A PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) server 30 connectable to a plurality of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatuses 10a-10d each generating a medical image and a report in which a measured value is represented in a DICOM_SR (Digital Imaging and COmmunication in Medicine Structured Report) format through a network has: acquisition means 31a acquiring the medical images and the reports from the plurality of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatuses 10a-10d; conversion means 31c converting a system of each acquired report into a reference report stored in an HDD (Hard Disc Drive) 33; and storage means 31d making the reports after the system conversion to be stored into a report database 38.
