摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular transmission device capable of compactifying a mechanical oil pump and an electric oil pump and thereby improving fuel economy while ensuring a flow rate of lubricating oil even during slip engagement of friction engagement elements.SOLUTION: A hybrid drive device is provided with: a mechanical oil pump 21 driven by an internal combustion engine 2 or a motor 3, which drives a vehicle; an electric oil pump 22 electrically driven; a clutch SSC arranged on a power transmission path from the internal combustion engine 2 to wheels 9; a clutch SSC lubrication circuit 53 supplying lubricating oil to the clutch SSC; and a hydraulic control device 40. During slip engagement of the clutch SSC, the hydraulic control device 40 supplies, to the clutch SSC lubrication circuit 53, oil from the electric oil pump 22 when oil temperature T is higher than a predetermined oil temperature TA, and oil from the mechanical oil pump 21 when the oil temperature T is lower than the predetermined oil temperature TA.
