PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately detect a mirror surface angle of a mirror.SOLUTION: In a vehicular door mirror device 10, a mirror 28 is rotated through a displacement of a rod drive 24 to adjust the angle of a mirror surface 28A of the mirror 28. When the rod drive 24 is displaced, a wire 36 is moved in the longitudinal direction, and a slider 32A of a variable resistor 32 is thereby slid, leading to detection of an angle of the mirror surface 28A of the mirror on the basis of a value of resistance of the variable resistor 32. Since a guide 38 guides the movement of the wire 36 in the longitudinal direction, the wire 36 is movable appropriately in the longitudinal direction through a displacement of the rod drive 24, which allows appropriate sliding of the slider 32A, leading to appropriate detection of an angle of the mirror surface 28A of the mirror 28. |
