<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to record moving picture images with a large number of pixels and a large frame rate while restraining a circuit scale and power consumption.SOLUTION: A processing circuit 100 obtains a frame from an imaging unit 400, encoding the obtained frame, records the obtained encoded data in a recording medium 212 at a recording position received via a communication unit 107, and transmits an amount of data at that time to a processing circuit 200 via the communication unit 107. The processing circuit 200 encodes a frame obtained by imaging by imaging means, records the obtained encoded data at the recording position of the recording medium 212 determined at the prior recording processing, also determines a recording position by the processing circuit 100, and transmits the determined recording position to the processing circuit 100 via a communication unit 207. In addition, the processing circuit 200 updates the recording position on the basis of a received amount of data if it receives information indicating the amount of data via the communication unit 207.</p> |
