<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen cell that has sealability improved in contrast to conventional specimen cells.SOLUTION: A specimen cell 100 comprises a stem 110 that holds an X-ray filter 10 transmitting an X-ray. The stem 110 is provided with: a main body part 120; a pressing member 130; and joint members 140 and 150. At tips of the joint members 140 and 150, a depth part is provided, and flexible members 160 and 170 are fitted into a recessed part provided on the joint member. The flexible members 160 and 170 have flow channels 161 and 171 for a specimen guidance provided. Cap members 180 and 190 are screwed to the tips of the joint members 140 and 150, and thereby, the tips of the joint members 140 and 150 are tightly sealed.</p> |
