<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an elastic support structure capable of preferably absorbing misalignment occurring between a feed screw and a nut on the nut of a feed screw mechanism that operates an electrically driven slide device.SOLUTION: A slide device 10 includes an electrically driven feed screw mechanism 20. The feed screw mechanism 20 includes: a feed screw 21 attached to an upper rail 12; and a square nut 23 which is threadedly engaged with the feed screw 21 and is attached to a lower rail 11 through a holder 24. The square nut 23 is provided being covered by the holder 24 from the outer side and elastically supported on the holder 24 by a rubber bush 25. A metal plate 25D having higher rigidity than the rubber bush 25 is provided in the rubber bush 25 so as to be integrated in a rotation direction. The metal plate 25D is integrally coupled to the holder 24 and the rubber bush 25 is attached to the holder 24.</p> |
