A blue fluorescent compound according to an embodiment of the present invention is represented by chemical formula 1. [Chemical formula 1] In chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are each independently one selected from a group including C0 to C18 saturated hydrocarbons, branched saturated hydrocarbons, cyclic saturated hydrocarbons; and Ar_1 and Ar_2 are each independently one selected from a group including C1 to C20 aromatic compounds, hetero aromatic compounds, C1 to C18 saturated hydrocarbons, C1 to C18 branched saturated hydrocarbons, and C1 to C18 cyclic saturated hydrocarbons.
