KITS AND METHODS FOR DETECTING INTRAMUSCULAR FAT TISSUE OF HANWOO USING TNMD AND DUSP27

The present invention relates to a kit for detecting intramuscular fat tissue of Korean native cattle using TNMD and DUSP27 which are specific expression genes for intramuscular fat tissue of the Korean native cattle and a detection method using the same and, more specifically, to a kit which can detect intramuscular fat tissue of the Korean native cattle by investigating expression amount of TNMD and DUSP27 genes in a subject, and to a detection method using the same. According to the present invention, commercialization of the kit for detecting intramuscular fat tissue of the Korean native cattle can be possible; production of high quality beef can be possible by inducing specific fat accumulation within longissimus muscle of the Korean native cattle; development of body composition control technique can be possible through fat content control of the Korean native cattle; and body fat control information through the same can be applied to other domestic animal species.
