The present invention relates to a waste heat recovering ventilator having a transparent fan. A ventilating fan is operated for purposes of ventilating pens, gardening facilities, automobiles, trains, ships and other industrial facilities, and performs a heat exchange in which waste heat discharged from indoor spaces is recovered to the fullest extent without being directly discharged to the outdoor, thus maintaining the indoor temperature and remarkably saving energy, while being noiseless and transparent to pass through the light. The waste heat recovering ventilator having a transparent fan according to the present invention has a simple structure and can be easily manufactured to reduce supplying costs, thereby being easily supplied. |
