The present invention relates to a photovoltaic monitoring system which receives a current state of photovoltaic systems installed in each area via a network and monitors the state in real time for easy maintenance. The system includes: multiple photovoltaic units having solar cell modules converting and outputting solar energy into electrical energy; a photovoltaic measuring unit installed at each photovoltaic unit and measuring a temperature of atmosphere, a temperature of the solar cell modules, the quantity of horizontal solar radiation and the quantity of inclined solar radiation, and photovoltaic power generation amount; and a photovoltaic power monitoring unit receiving information measured from the photovoltaic measuring unit via the network, monitoring the current state of the photovoltaic power generation, an observation, a diagnosis, an analysis, and a report.
