PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pick-up device in which incident light can be entered into a charge generation layer while being converted into an appropriate wavelength.SOLUTION: An image pick-up device includes a plurality of image pick-up elements 1, and an optical element 2 for entering incident light, as a plurality of branch light beams having different wavelengths, into the plurality of image pick-up elements 1. Each image pick-up element 1 includes a photoelectric conversion element 10 having a charge generation layer 13 generating charges by the incident branch light, and an electron emission part 20 for emitting electrons to the photoelectric conversion element 10. Out of the plurality of image pick-up elements 1, an image pick-up element 1R into which a branch light beam R of such wavelength as low photoelectric conversion efficiency in the charge generation layer 13 enters further includes a wavelength conversion layer 14 through which the photoelectric conversion element 10 enters the incident light R into the charge generation layer 13 while converting into a wavelength B of high photoelectric conversion efficiency. |
