PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial manufacturing method of efficiently manufacturing polysubstituted cyclic azine compound with high purity.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing polysubstituted cyclic azine compound having {(the mol number of a transition metal in a transition metal compound)÷(the mol number of a compound represented by the general formula (2)) of 0.00001 to 0.009 in a coupling reaction of the component represented by the general formula (2) and a compound represented by the general formula (3) in a presence of the transition metal compound, a phosphine compound and a base.
