PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an item to be aseismic base isolated under a higher aseismic base isolation characteristic against a motion of a movable body in itself.SOLUTION: A movable body 120 mounted on an optional movable body so as to support an item to be aseismic base isolated from just below in a vertical direction comprises frame works 150 forming a rigid body extending in a horizontal direction; an upper frame 152 positioned above in a vertical direction of the frame work and forming a rigid body extending in the horizontal direction; coil springs 154 of which one end is fixed to the frame work and the other end is fixed to the upper frame so as to accumulate kinetic energy received by either one of the frame work or the upper frame as elastic energy; and oil dampers 156 of which one end is fixed to the frame work and the other end is fixed to the upper frame so as to attenuate kinetic energy received by either one of the frame works or the upper frame and transmit it to the other, and cut-off frequency passed through the coil springs and the oil dampers of the movable body is set between a lower spring resonance frequency and an upper spring resonance frequency of the movable body.
