PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately assign distribution object users to orders for advertisement distribution.SOLUTION: An advertisement distribution management device includes: predictive information storage means in which information including user attributes of a plurality of distribution object users predicted as future advertisement distribution destinations is stored; acquisition means which acquires a plurality of order requests designating user attributes and distribution frequencies; and assignment means which assigns the distribution object users to the plurality of order requests so as to maximize the number of prescribed user attributes which distribution object users not assigned to order requests have, on the basis of the user attributes and distribution frequencies respectively designated by the plurality of order requests. |
