<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic transmission circuit, an integrated circuit device, an ultrasonic measurement device, an ultrasonic probe, an ultrasonic diagnostic device and the like, capable of inhibiting crosstalk of a signal during a transmission period.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic transmission circuit includes: a transmission circuit 112 for outputting a transmission signal to a channel CH of an ultrasonic transducer device 100; and an impedance setting circuit 114 for setting an impedance of a node NH of the channel CH of the ultrasonic transducer device 100. The impedance setting circuit 114 sets the impedance of the node NH of the channel CH of the ultrasonic transducer device 100 to be lower than the impedance during the non-drive period TN of the transmission circuit 112, which is the period before ore after the low impedance setting periods TF, TB during low impedance setting periods TF, TB set at least before or after the transmission signal output period TQ for outputting the transmission signal.</p> |
