<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polar plate lamination apparatus capable of preventing a battery performance from being varied by a difference in the weight of paste applied to a polar plate.SOLUTION: The polar plate lamination apparatus is provided for manufacturing a laminate of batteries which includes polar plates coated with paste containing active material and in which positive polar plates or negative polar plates are laminated while being accommodated in a bag-shaped separator. The polar plate lamination apparatus comprises: a polar plate placement part in which at least either the positive polar plates or the negative polar plates being coated with the paste are placed while being classified, in accordance with the weight, into a first rank of a lighter predetermined weight range than a reference rank of a polar plate target weight range and a second rank of a heavier predetermined weight range than the reference rank; jigs F1, F2 including a lamination area for laminating the polar plates via the separator; a conveyance part 13 for laminating the polar plates placed in the polar plate placement part in the jigs F1, F2; and a lamination control device 20 for controlling the conveyance part 13.</p> |
