PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly reproduce colors on a monitor according to the sight of a user.SOLUTION: A control part 31 causes a monitor 11 to display a paper color obtained from the colorimetric value of printing paper, and acquires, as an adjusted paper color RGB value, an RGB value when a user determines that the color of the printing paper and the paper color on the monitor 11 are the same. A tristimulus value operation part 35 calculates stimulus value ratios, each of which is the ratio of a tristimulus value corresponding to the adjusted paper color RGB value to the tristimulus value corresponding to the colorimetric value. The tristimulus value operation part 35 multiplies the tristimulus value corresponding to an RGB value for an output target image to be printed on the printing paper, by the stimulus value ratio, thereby calculating an adjusted tristimulus value for the output target image. Then, the control part 31 causes the monitor 11 to display the output target image based on the RGB value corresponding to this adjusted tristimulus value. |
