摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new-model wave-dissipating bank for tsunami which is a structure arrangement object combined with ocean wind power generation and simultaneously capable of dissipating tsunami and controlling a progressing direction of tsunami.SOLUTION: The optimal arrangement of a new-model wave-dissipating bank for tsunami is combined with ocean wind power generation by FEM fluid-structure interaction analysis. As an examination regarding a wave-dissipating functionality by disturbing a flow within a wave dissipating bank between the wave-dissipating bank and breakwater, passage of broken waves between the wave-dissipating banks and arrival at a dyke are analyzed (1). As a wave-dissipating bank effect evaluation, numerical analysis is performed by computing attenuation of tsunami regarding a speed range depending on movement of a fluid amount, eddy degree distribution, pressure distribution and density distribution (2). At an evaluation point position of the dyke to be influenced by installation effects of the wave-dissipating bank, the effects are relatively investigated (3).
