The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a reinforced glass substrate which is integrated with a cover glass and is used for a touch panel. The manufacturing method of the reinforced glass panel of aspect 1 of the present invention ensures excellent productivity and is capable of forming a plurality of touch panels integrated with a cover glass on a single sheet of the reinforced glass substrate. The method includes the steps of: chemically reinforcing a rectangular glass substrate (100) which has shorter sides equivalent to or longer than 1000 mm; cutting and dividing the chemically reinforced glass substrate (100) into a plurality of reinforced glass substrates (10); and chamfering the end surfaces (11) of the reinforced glass substrates (10).
