An automatic powdered formula mixing device according to the present invention automatically provides warm water with optimal temperatures and optimal volume of powdered formula; and installs and uses a rotary lever for a user to directly input powdered formula into a feeding container and a discharge wheel which discharges optimal volume of powdered formula to the feeding container. Thereby, the device can be simplified, power consumption can be minimized, and cleanliness can be efficiently enhanced.
