PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively reproduce a highlight interval of a recorded content regardless of the category of a broadcast content and even just after broadcasting of the broadcast content.SOLUTION: A content recording/reproducing apparatus 10 comprises: a received information analysis section 112 for calculating momentum information indicating the excitation situation of a viewer with respect to a broadcast content transmitted from a viewer terminal on the basis of actual situation information transmitted from a WEB server accumulating the actual situation information regarding the broadcast content; a viewing index list generation section 113 for generating a viewing index list designating a highlight interval of the broadcast content on the basis of the calculated momentum data; and a recorded content reproduction section 114 for reproducing a portion designated as the highlight interval by the viewing index list when reproducing the broadcast content later, while skipping portions which are not designated as the highlight interval.
