PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of properly executing image processing/photographic processing based on a division result of a distance on the basis of a determination result by determining a scene in which distance division can be performed with high accuracy.SOLUTION: In the case of determining that a distance difference exists between subjects distributed in a picked-up image, an area division result is used to set a plurality of main subject areas, and imaging processing is respectively performed so as to be focused on the main subject areas.
