PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management device of a vehicle for determining the excess of a continuous operation time in accordance with the operation state of the vehicle.SOLUTION: The operation management device of a vehicle includes: a vehicle speed sensor 10 for measuring the travel time and stop time of the vehicle; an operation time accumulation operation part 23 for accumulating the measured travel time as an operation time; a rest time accumulation operation part 22 for accumulating the measured stop time as a rest time; a continuous operation excess determination part 24 for, when the accumulated operation time exceeds a continuous operation upper limit time before the accumulated rest time reaches a necessary accumulation rest time, determining that the continuous operation time has exceeded; and an excess determination release part 25 for, when the accumulated rest time reaches the necessary accumulation rest time after it is determined that the continuous operation time has exceeded, releasing the excess determination. |
