PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a light-emitting device in which phosphor can be stuck easily to the corner or the side face of an LED chip, the translucent resin surface of lens-shape, the optical lens surface, and the like, by spray coating method.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a light-emitting device 1 includes an LED chip mounting step for mounting an LED chip 20 on a substrate 10, and a spray coating step for spraying a powder-containing solution to an irradiated object including the LED chip 20. The spray coating step is carried out by jetting the powder-containing solution from a solution nozzle 51 arranged above the irradiated object, while changing the course of an injection body composed of the powder-containing solution, by jetting gas toward a central axis A, i.e., the jetting direction of the powder-containing solution, from a gas nozzle 52 arranged therearound. |
