PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lighting equipment capable of positively preventing water from entering equipment by a less-expensive configuration.SOLUTION: This invention has a constitution in which a glass plate 2 is fitted to packing grooves 12a, 12a of vertical plates 12, 12 of equipment main body 1 under a state in which a packing 4 that can be abutted against three surfaces, i.e. an inner surface of an edge part, an outer surface of the edge part of the glass plate 2 and an end surface of the glass plate 2, is attached to the edge part of the glass plate 2, thereby the glass plate 2 is attached to equipment main body 1. With this configuration, it is possible to reduce the number of component parts and reduce a product cost as compared with that requiring a hinge and a pressing fitting or the like. Further, since the packing 4 is closely contacted with three surfaces, i.e. the inner surface of the edge part, the outer surface of the edge part of the glass plate 2 and the end surface of the glass plate 2, it is possible to realize the lighting equipment enabling immersion of water into the lighting equipment 100 to be positively prevented with a less-expensive configuration. |
