摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a liquid crystal display device capable of improving manufacturing yield.SOLUTION: The method comprises: a step of manufacturing a first mother substrate M1 having a plurality of first display areas 6A; a step of manufacturing a second mother substrate M2 having a plurality of second display areas 6B; a step of arranging a seal member 15 in a loop surrounding the first display area 6A or the second display area 6B; a step of dropping a liquid crystal material in the first display area 6A or the second display area 6B surrounded by the seal member 15; and a step of bonding the first mother substrate M1 and the second mother substrate M2 together so that the first display area 6A and the second display area 6B face each other. In the step of dropping the liquid crystal material, an amount of the liquid crystal material to be dropped in the first display area 6A or the second display area 6B located on an end side of the first mother substrate M1 or the second mother substrate M2 is larger than an amount of the liquid crystal material to be dropped in the first display area 6A or the second display area 6B located on a center side of the first mother substrate M1 or the second mother substrate M2.</p>
