PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a switch state change-monitoring circuit capable of monitoring states of all monitoring-object switches by the action of reducing power consumption as far as possible in a standby state of a moving body such as a vehicle, and immediately detecting occurrence of a change; a moving body state-monitoring system; a moving body with a state monitoring function; and a state monitoring-adaptive switch.SOLUTION: There are included: a pulse application circuit 17 that is connected to contacts 4X, 4Y and 5X, 5Y of monitoring-object switches 4 and 5 to apply a cyclic monitoring pulse P1; an integration circuit that obtains an integrated value of a voltage at a junction P between the pulse application circuit 17 and the monitoring-object switches 4 and 5; an amplification circuit that is connected to the integration circuit, compares the integrated value with a threshold, and outputs an amplified integrated value; a differentiation circuit that is connected to the amplification circuit and obtains a differential value from a change in the amplified integrated value; and a change determination circuit that is connected to the differentiation circuit and determines a state change of each of the monitoring-object switches on the basis of each of the differentiation values.
