The present invention relates to a cooling system for construction equipment. According to the present invention, the cooling system for construction equipment comprises a maximum fan RPM selecting unit (10) for estimating a first maximum fan RPM necessary for cooling in the cooling system; a minimum fan RPM selecting unit (30) for comparing a second maximum fan RPM with the first maximum fan RPM and selecting, as a minimum fan RPM, the lower one of the first and second maximum fan RPMs; a fan RPM difference calculating unit (32) calculating a difference between the actual fan RPM (50) and the minimum fan RPM; and a PID control unit (40) controlling an electric fan clutch so that the actual fan RPM (50) reaches the minimum fan RPM by performing PID control on the fan RPM difference.
