摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure reliable discharging, by using a discharge circuit, a charge stored in a power storage member when a vehicle is collided in a case where communication between a hybrid control part (HV_ECU) and a motor control part (MG_ECU) is cut off.SOLUTION: There is a possibility that a vehicle continues to travel in a case where communication between a hybrid control part (HV_ECU) and a motor control part (MG_ECU) is simply cut off. As a countermeasure, a vehicle collision is determined on the basis of a change in a vehicle speed V and the like (e.g., a motor rotation speed) at the time of communication cut-off when that occurs, to discharge, by using a discharge circuit, a charge stored in a smoothing capacitor, and therefore it is possible to discharge a charge reliably when the vehicle collides.
