PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a striking tool that is improved so as to prevent sliding failure with respect to sliding surfaces of mutual housings relatively moving with the housings contacted with each other.SOLUTION: The striking tool comprises driving mechanisms 120 and 140, a motor 110 and a housing 101. The housing 101 has a first housing 101A and a second housing 101B, where the first housing 101A houses the driving mechanisms 120 and 140, and the second housing 101B houses the motor 110. The first housing 101A has a first contacting region 102 that can be contacted with the second housing 101B, and the second housing 101B has a second contacting region 104 that can be contacted with the first housing 101A. The first contacting region 102 and the second contacting region 104 are slidably contacted with each other, and the first contacting region 102 and the second contacting region 104 are formed of different materials. |
