A bisector extended from the center axis C0 of the web 101 in the radius direction and dividing a portion between the recess 141and a recess 141into two sections is defined as L12. A bisector extended from the center axis C0 of the web 101 in the radius direction and dividing a portion between the recess 141and a recess 141into two sections is defined as L13. An intersection point between the bisector L12 and an outer peripheral circle C3 is defined as a second intersection point P2 and an intersection point between the bisector L13 and the outer peripheral circle C3 is defined as a third intersection point P3.
