PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve problems that it is difficult to overcome time waiting and bad yield when conducting charcoal making of natural woods in one conventional kiln, to make correspondence to tree kinds because the production depends on experience and intuition, and to increase the number of kilns from the viewpoint of human resources with considering reduction of the number of successors in the future.SOLUTION: Completely separating a drying process and a carbonization process in a charcoal making process of natural woods largely contributes to efficiency, flexibility of carbonization, shortening time and quality improvement. |
