The present invention relates to an LED fishing lamp less influenced by sea waves. The LED fishing lamp of the present invention comprises: a reference forward light emission part having an LED for emitting light in any one reference direction among front directions of a housing constituting a frame; an upper forward light emission part having an LED for emitting light in a direction above the emission direction of the light through the reference forward light emission part among the front directions of the housing; a lower forward light emission part having an LED for emitting light in a direction below the emission direction of the light through the reference forward light emission part among the front directions of the housing; a reference lateral light emission part having an LED for emitting light in any one reference direction among lateral directions of the housing constituting the frame; an upper lateral light emission part having an LED for emitting light in a direction above the emission direction of the light through the reference lateral light emission part among the lateral directions of the housing; and a lower lateral light emission part having an LED for emitting light in a direction below the emission direction of the light through the reference lateral light emission part among the lateral directions of the housing. The fishing lamp of the present invention is characterized by having an excellent fish gathering effect and excellent energy efficiency and preventing a decrease of catch when being installed at the ship, and characterized by maintaining an excellent fish gathering effect even when the ship with the fishing lamp is slopping by sea waves.
