<p>The present invention relates to a power module of an inverter used in an environmentally friendly vehicle such as a hybrid vehicle, an electric vehicle, and a fuel cell vehicle. Provided is a double-side cooling power module integrated with a heat sink which applies a double-side cooling method using a heat sink manufactured by an extrusion process to maximize the cooling efficiency, simply forms an inverter structure to reduce the inverter manufacturing costs, while having a power module connector connecting and combining multiple power modules to eliminate an extra process for managing a plan by obtaining the plan of all the power modules.</p> |
