PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation device and a cultivation method which can appropriately perform such as treatment of a discharged solution of a culture medium supplied to a crop.SOLUTION: A cultivation device comprises: a sheet 13 having waterproofness which is interposed on a lower surface side of a culture medium M in which a crop C is planted; a culture medium support part 28 of a cultivation bed 12 which supports the sheet 13 and the culture medium M from below; and a sheet supporting material 25 which supports the sheet 13. A drainage channel 34 for discharging a discharged solution exuded from the culture medium M with the sheet 13 is formed at a position different from that of the culture medium support part 28 of the cultivation bed 12. |
