PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet embedded rotary electric machine capable of reducing cogging torque while improving torque by suppressing leakage of a magnetic flux.SOLUTION: A permanent magnet embedded rotary electric machine 100 comprises a stator 6 and a rotor 1 including a rotor core 20 and a plurality of permanent magnets 31, 32. The rotor core 20 includes a first lamination part 21 formed by laminating a plurality of first magnetic steel plates 211 and a second lamination part 22 formed by laminating a plurality of second magnetic steel plates 221. The first magnetic steel plates 211 include a plurality of first magnet accommodation holes 212, and the first magnet accommodation holes 212 include first communicating parts 213 which are opened at an outer circumferential edge. The second magnetic steel plates 221 include a plurality of second magnet accommodation holes 222, and the second magnet accommodation holes 222 include second communicating parts 223 which are opened at the outer circumferential edge. The first permanent magnet 31 and the second permanent magnet 32 are disposed at positions which are relatively rotated around a rotation axis of the rotor core 20. |
