PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet for a bioimplant material capable of alleviating the burden required for cutting a bioimplant material and of accurately cutting the bioimplant material at a desired size.SOLUTION: A provided protective sheet 10 for a bioimplant material protects a sheet-shaped bioimplant material. The protective sheet 10 for a bioimplant material comprises a placement unit 20 constituted to enable the placement of a bioimplant material on the upper surface thereof and a gripping unit 30 arranged successively to the edge portion of the placement unit 20 so as to cover only a portion of the upper surface of the placement unit 20. The gripping unit 30 is constituted to be able to sandwich and hold, in a state where a bioimplant material is being placed atop the placement unit 20, the bioimplant material in-between itself and the placement unit 20. A scale line 50 for assisting the cutting of the bioimplant material is formed on the placement unit 20.
