PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery with pressure relief valve in which internal short circuit can be prevented and assemblability can be enhanced, while reducing damage on the pressure relief valve.SOLUTION: In a battery 10 with pressure relief valve where a through hole 19 is provided in the lid 11 of a battery case 15, and a rupture disc 22 functioning as a pressure relief valve is attached to the through hole 19, a disk holder 24 includes a metal upper holder (first holder) 31 attached to the through hole 19 by welding the rupture disc 22, and a lower holder (second holder) 32 having electrical insulation properties and protecting the rupture disc 22 by being fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the upper holder (first holder) 31. |
