PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-glare film which exhibits a superior anti-glare capability, produces good contrast, and prevents degradation of visibility due to glare, and to provide an anti-glare laminated polarizing plate comprising a laminate of the anti-glare film and a polarizing film.SOLUTION: An anti-glare film includes a resin base material film and an anti-glare layer which is formed on the resin base material film and has a micro concavo-convex surface. The resin base material film includes a light diffusion layer containing a transparent binder resin and microparticles having a refraction index different from that of the transparent binder resin, and has an internal haze in a range of 0.5% to 5%, inclusive. The anti-glare layer has a surface haze in a range of 0.3% to 5%, inclusive, and an internal haze of no more than 1%. The concavo-convex surface has (an energy spectrum ratio of) H/Hin a range of 2 to 15, inclusive, and H/Hof no less than 1000, and no less than 95% of the surface has a slope angle of no more than 5°. |
