PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To update the control parameter value of a positioner without restarting automatic tuning when reference information is updated.SOLUTION: An automatic tuning device comprises: a reference information storage part 16 for storing at least a PID parameter table as reference information; an automatic tuning execution part 14 for driving a valve 2 in the case of executing automatic tuning, and for acquiring and updating a PID parameter value from the PID parameter table on the basis of the measured characteristic value of the valve 2; a characteristic value storage part 15 for storing the characteristic value of the valve 2; a reference information updating part 17 for updating reference information stored in the reference information storage part 16; and a PID parameter value update processing part 18 for reading the characteristic value of the valve 2 stored in the characteristic value storage part 15 in the case of updating the PID parameter after the update of the reference information, and for acquiring and updating the PID parameter value from the PID parameter table. |
