<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely perform a retrieval without limiting a retrieval range to a transfer receiver information associated with transfer client key information when retrieving transfer receiver information from a past record master file.SOLUTION: An exchange system comprises: an entry terminal 8 which displays on an entry screen a picture image and a character recognition result of transfer transaction information on a transfer request form in comparison with each other; and a past record master file 6 which stores transfer receiver information including items 23 and account numbers 24, which transfer clients have transferred in the past, as well as the numbers of characters 36, 37 of the transfer receiver name field 29. The exchange system executes a client information outer retrieval using the item 23, account number 24 and numbers of characters 36, 37 of the transfer receiver name as keys with respect to transfer receiver information, to which other transfer clients except the transfer client who has filled in the transfer request form have transferred in the past, and displays transfer receiver information extracted as a result of the retrieval as a candidate on the entry terminal 8.</p> |
