PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of easily presenting information on a hashtag optimum to a program being viewed, to a user.SOLUTION: The display device comprises a signal processing unit, a display unit, and a control unit. The signal processing unit separates program information from digital broadcasting signals. The display unit comprises: a broadcast screen to display thereon an image separated from the digital broadcasting signals; a contribution comment screen to display thereon a contribution comment of a hashtag relating to a program being displayed on the broadcast screen; and a hashtag candidate screen to display thereon the candidates of hashtags desired to display on the contribution comment screen. The control unit extracts hashtag information in the program information separated from the digital broadcasting signals, and displays the extracted hashtag information on the hashtag candidate screen. |
