PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unnecessary communication with a printer caused by acquiring a head characteristic value from the printer despite that the head characteristic value of a print head before a replacement is the same as that after the replacement.SOLUTION: A print control program causes an information processing device; to read latest head characteristic value identification information and old head characteristic value identification information from a storage unit storing head characteristic value identification information which is for identifying a head characteristic value of a print head and is acquired from a printer via a communication unit; to execute characteristic value acquisition processing for acquiring a head characteristic value from the printer and storing it in a storage unit when the latest head characteristic value identification information does not coincide with the old head characteristic value identification information. |
