PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To blur a plurality of blocks formed by dividing a screen, using a distance, without non-uniformity even if AF ranging error occurs.SOLUTION: A camera includes: imaging means which images an object to obtain a video signal; distance map acquisition means which detects a distance to the object at a plurality of spots in an angle of view; and distance change detection means which scans a distance map to detect a change in distance. When the distance change detection means detects that the distance to the object changes in a stepwise manner in a fixed direction, a non-blur region orthogonal to the distance change direction is formed, and stepwise blurring is performed in the distance change direction. |
