PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a holder used for a cutting tool, it is difficult to simplify the adjustment of the height of a cutting blade, while downscaling the holder.SOLUTION: A holder member according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a first holder which has a pair of through-holes penetrating from an apical surface to a rear end surface, a second holder in which a pair of first screw holes are prepared from the apical surface toward the rear end surface, and a pair of screws for fixation which are inserted into the pair of through-holes from the apical side, to be attached to the pair of first screw holes. In the holder member, gaps are prepared between the pair of through-holes and the screws for fixation, and the first holder, while having a pair of second screw holes which penetrate between each of the pair of through-holes and the perimeter surface of a flange part, includes also a pair of position adjusting screws inserted into the pair of second screw holes. |
