PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber roller extrusion molding machine in which continuous molding of cylindrical rubber molding bodies can be performed stably even in a case a burr is generated at contact parts of ends of core metal parts, upon molding cylindrical rubber molding bodies continuously in the circumference of the plural core metal parts supplied to a crosshead.SOLUTION: For feedback control of supply speed of a core metal to a crosshead based on outer diameter measurement results of cylindrical rubber molding bodies over the core metal fed from a crosshead exit, a control system including first and second outer diameter measuring units, an outer diameter abnormality determining unit, and a control calculating unit is used, the second outer diameter measuring unit for outer diameter abnormality measurement is positioned at a more front side than the first outer diameter measuring unit which outputs measurement results for preparing feedback control directions at the control calculating unit, and when the outer diameter abnormality determining unit determines measurement results of the second outer diameter measuring unit as outer diameter abnormality at the burr part, correction is performed to remove the measurement result showing the burr part from measurement results of the first outer diameter measuring unit, to eliminate influence of the burr part on feedback control. |
